The association of Interventional Radiology (IR) of Thailand was founded in 1993 by Professor Nara Vaeusorn , a famous interventional radiologist of Thailand. The occurrence of this association gives a focus for the professional interests and activities of medical practitioners in this specialist field. We have organized regular monthly scientific meeting for 9 years and annual scientific meetings for 5 times. The association of IR has just become the Thai Society of Vascular and Interventional Radiology, comprises radiologists, technologist , nurse and other scientists interested in interventional radiology and vascular imagings. The aims and objectives of the society are enhancing the advancement of education in interventional radiology by providing further facilities for education and research in this field .

    The purpose of this web site is to provide continuing medical education for radiologists and to promote and establish close contacts among medial professionals who are interested and working in the field of interventional radiology.
